This is the registration form for adult tennis lessons at the Burlington Swim & Tennis Club for the summer of 2013.

Lessons are $35 per person for members.
The session runs for 6 weeks and will begin the week of on July 1st (no lessons on July 4th).
Lessons are once a week, but you may sign up and pay for more than one class.

We will make every effort to accomodate your first choice for class day/time. If we cannot, we will contact you to determine the next best timeslot.

BSTC reserves the right to cancel a class time if there are not at least 5 registrants.

Note: Non-members may NOT register for tennis lessons at this time. If space is available, we will open lessons to non-members at a later date. Please check back.
